		<description>Another aspect of commenting that I missed out on is that relating to comments on sites or pages that do not allow commenting, or where the registration/sign-up procedure is too onerous when all you want to do is leave a “drive-by” comment.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There are ways to accomplish this, e.g. Blerp, Reframeit or Note in (Google) Reader.  Generally speaking they provide ways for you to integrate your clip and comment into your digital stream, but are not so effective at overlaying your comment on the target site itself, simply because none of these products has critical mass, i.e. it’s unlikely that the next person visiting your graffiti’ed page will be a Blerp or Reframeit user.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Perhaps the UCTS will be capable of generating the critical mass necessary to make this layering a viable option.</description>
