Generally speaking they provide ways for you to integrate your clip and comment into your digital stream, but are not so effective at overlaying your comment on the target site itself, simply because none of these products has critical mass, i.e. it’s unlikely that the next person visiting your graffiti’ed page will be a Blerp or Reframeit user.<br /><br />Perhaps the UCTS will be capable of generating the critical mass necessary to make this layering a viable option.
